Our Philosophy

"We learn our way through life"

We use our expertise in how to help people to learn to facilitate the achievement of individual career goals and organisational development outcomes.

We recognise that learning is purely in the domain of the individual and we view people as being inherently resourceful, with the ability for exponential personal and professional growth in their attempt to fulfill their potential.

Coaching and Mentoring

Our coaching methodology is based around behaviour-based and solution-focused approaches, aiming to foster individual performance in the context of the organisation.

We use a guided approach, working with the coachee to understand their current situation, career story and aspirations:

  • what strengths and non-strengths are evident;
  • what challenges exist;
  • what perceived obstacles might impact coaching goals; and
  • what skills, resources and support they can draw upon to achieve their career and development goals.

We work with profile assessment data which may include: 360 Degree Feedback, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, MBTI, The Birkman Method, Career Anchors or Emotional Intelligence.

We help the coachee to discover their own path: enable them to choose realisable options, plan their goals and strategies and make the resolution to act.

While the coachee implements actions to achieve their desired outcomes, we provide on-going support and monitor progress.

The success of coaching depends on the involvement and support of the coachee's sponsor (in most cases, their manager).
